Counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioners file their representations, their case will be considered and if it is found that the petitioners have opted and there is no other legal impediment, the petitioners will be extended the benefits. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioners to file fresh individual representations before respondent Nos. 2 and 6 who will consider the case of the petitioners. The representations should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks thereafter. 4. If it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any benefit, the same should be extended to them within a period of four weeks thereafter. If the claims of the petitioners are rejected for any reasons whatsoever, the reasons should be communicated to the petitioners within the aforesaid period. 5.
