Sri.Prabhu Yadlapur., petitioner party in person; Sri.Rajakumar.M., AGA for respondents 1 and 3 and Smt.Roopasri.S., counsel for respondent No.2 appeared in person. 2. The petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Presiding Officer, II Addl. Labor Court, Bengaluru to dispose Reference No.28/2022 within two months from date of receipt of this order Annexure-J dated:09.03.2023. 3. The petitioner, appearing in person, and counsel appearing for respondent No.2 jointly submit that the reference pertains to the year 2022 and has been pending for nearly four

years. Hence, they submit that an appropriate direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the reference. 4. The submission is noted. It is undisputed that the reference was raised in the year 2022 and that we are now at the end of August, 2026. Taking note of the fact that the reference has been pending for nearly four years, a gentle request is made to the Labor Court to endeavour to dispose of the reference as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of a copy of this order.
