1. This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash Notice No.NHAI/PIU-SNP/334B/PKG-1/26-27/898 dated 22.06.2026 (Annexure P-2) issued to the petitioner under Section 26(2) of the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act,. 2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time and after seeing that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter and to avoid an adverse order seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
