The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No.151 of 2025, registered for offence under Sections 318(2) & 318(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66C, 66D of I.T. Act, pending before the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated only on the basis of recovery of four mobile phones inserted with SIM cards. It is alleged that in his confessional statement he has disclosed a cyber fraud of Rs.17,410/- against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of offence as well as amount involved in this case and criminal 2026:JHHC:7676 2 antecedent, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Poraiyahat P.S.
