The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 31.05.2022 passed by the respondent under Section 14B of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 vide Annexure-P. 3. Counsel Sri.Santhosh Narayan.S., submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the EPF Tribunal, Bengaluru in EPF Appeal No.44/2023 and the petitioner has also filed an application seeking stay. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. It is made clear that the interim order granted by this Court on 11.09.2023 shall continue to operate till the consideration of the application filed by the petitioner before the Tribunal.
