ORDER The petitioner appeared for the NEET SS 2021 Examination and, while admission to the Post Graduate Course in the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology at Madurai, executed a bond undertaking to serve the Government for a period of two years. He further claims that he successfully completed the said Post Graduate Course (three years) in February 2025. Thereafter, bond counselling for non-service candidates was held on 17.03.2025, in which no vacancy was available in his speciality. 2. Therefore, he applied for a Liver Transplant Fellowship at MAX Hospital, New Delhi. In order to complete registration before the Delhi Medical College Hospital, the original certificates submitted to the second respondent are required for verification. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.04.2026. 3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representation would be considered in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 4. The said submission is placed on record. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.04.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 6. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
