Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, and taking into account the order dated 27.09.2022 (Annexure-F) passed by respondent No.1 as the grievance of the petitioner is that there is no road for him to reach out from his schedule property, and therefore, taking into account the reasons assigned in the impugned endorsement dated 15.04.2024 (Annexure-A), I am of the view that the impugned endorsement at Annexure-A requires to be set aside. Accordingly I passed the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) The impugned endorsement dated 15.04.2024 (Annexure-A) issued by respondent No.4 is accordingly set aside. iii) A writ of mandamus is issued to respondents No.1 to 3 to implement the order dated 27.09.2022 (Annexure-F) by considering the representation dated 24.07.2026 (Annexure-B). - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010548122026 NC: 2026:KHC:45058 WP No. 24988 of 2026 iv) Respondents No.1 to 3 are hereby directed to form road to an extent of 6 guntas in Sy.
