State has produced the case diary.
I have taken into account the two injury reports available in the case diary.
So far as Chandana Yadav is concerned three stitches were administered on her.
I have also taken into account the statement of Chandana Yadav which implicate one Sandip Yadav. However, petitioner was present but the overt acts of the petitioner were not to the extent that the custodial detention will be required.
As such, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
