Petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order of transfer of petitioner dated 16.03.2026, whereby petitioner, who is holding the post of Secretary of Village Panchayat Nirtu, Janpad Panchayat Takhatpur, District – Bilaspur has been transferred to Secretary, Village Panchayat Parsahi, Janpad Panchayat – Bilha, District – Bilaspur (C.G.). 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the contents of the order of transfer, he may be permitted to submit representation before the Director Panchayat raising all the grounds as raised in the writ petition and direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation/appeal to be submitted by petitioner before the Director Panchayat at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. He further submits that order of transfer which is under challenge is passed by respondent No.3 for whom he is not appearing. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation/appeal before the Director Panchayat raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and if such representation/appeal is submitted, the concerned authority is directed to consider and take decision in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three weeks from the date of of receipt of representation/appeal. 3 5.
