Learned advocate prays for an accommodation in view of the pendency of the transfer application being T.P. No. 32695 of 2025 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of the accused persons. As the application for cancellation of bail was filed in the year 2022 and there has been no persuasion subsequently by the petitioner. Further, it has been pointed out that the CBI has prayed for transfer of this case before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, I am of the view that further pendency of the present application for cancellation of bail is unwarranted. 2 Petitioner or the CBI would be at liberty to approach this Court after the final verdict is pronounced by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the Transfer Petition. Accordingly, CRM (DB) 4655 of 2022 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
