Present bail application is moved by the applicants, who are in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.24 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Section 80(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Tharali, District Chamoli. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have been falsely implicated in the instant case. The deceased was a short tempered lady and since 2-3 months she was demanding to shit at Maharashtra or she may be shifted separately in the village by a newly constructed house. It is stated that the inquest report as well as the post-mortem report says the cause of death is due to hanging and asphyxia and this is clear cut that deceased has committed suicide. It is stated that the applicants are languishing in jail since long and due to their arrest the care of ten months old baby is disturbed. 5. Learned State counsel vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that it is a heinous crime and the applicants should not be granted bail. 6. Having heard leaned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, applicants are entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicants-Trilok Singh and Smt.
