Since the petitioner has approached this Court without exhausting the said statutory remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the following directions: (i) The petitioner is at liberty to avail the statutory remedy by filing an appeal under Section 152(1) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, if so advised and in accordance with law.
