Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner’s application for transfer on self-medical ground has been pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad for a considerable period of time. 3. Being aggrieved by the action on the part of the DI to dispose of the same the instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. 4. Upon hearing the parties the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the concerned District Inspector of Schools to take necessary steps to consider the application for transfer made by the petitioner in Page 2 accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. If the Chief Medical Officer of Health certifies in favour of the petitioner, then immediate necessary steps shall be taken by the District Inspector of Schools to immediately forward the application of the petitioner to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for taking consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the District Inspector of Schools. 6. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of. 8. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
