1. Memo of evidence filed in Court be taken on record.
2. There are allegations of theft of mines and minerals. The petitioner is said to have entered into coal depot of Eastern Coalfields Limited at Dabur OCP Coal Depot to steal coal. On raising objection by the security guards, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the security guards causing injuries. The case diary contains such injury reports. There are statements of the victim security guards as well as that of other witnesses.
3. Considering the nature of allegations as against the present petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. C.R.M. (A) 2424 of 2026 is dismissed.
