Subabsh Chander Sehgal S/o Sh. Amar Nath Sehgal R/o Rabb Ji Wali Gali, Moga as their power of attorney and at present Subhash Chander Sehgal is in possession of the land owned by the applicant and his wife being their attomey.3. That the above said accused persons have no right, title, or concern with the land owned and possessed by the applicant and his wife through their above said attorney and in order to grab the land of applicant and his wife, the above said accused have filed one false suit against the attorney of applicant, which is based on false and concocted grounds and without impleading the applicant and his wife as party in that suit. It is mentioned here that the above said accused persons are land grabbers and they have links with political parties and administrative officers and they have tried to dispossess the above attorney of the applicant from the land owned by the applicant and his wife and possessed by the applicant and his wife through their above attorney and accused persons have fired with their gun on the attorney of the applicant and his son with motive to kill them.4. That after filing of suit for permanent injunction, when the attomey of applicant and his wife, has verified and checked the revenue record of the land owned by the applicant and his wife then he came to know about the fraud committed by accused persons by tempering and forging the government revenue cords. The accused persons have no right, title or concern with the land owned and possessed by applicant and accused persons in collusion with other persons and halqa patwari of village bhughipura and with the help of other lower revenue officials have forged, tempered the government revenue record and have inserted a fresh khewat in regard to the same khasra numbers in government records from the year 1985/86 upto at present jamabandi and have doubled the area of 33 kanals 10 marlas to 67 kanal of the same khasra numbers by forging the government record. The applicant and his wife through their above attorney have filed separate suit for declaration against the accused persons and others and in the said suit Sh. Insaan, Ld. Civil Judge Moga has granted stay order in favour of the applicant and his wife and against the accused persons.6. That now it came to the knowledge of the applicant that the accused Nirmal Singh have filed one application with Tehsildar Moga by alleging that the applicant Randhire singh had died and power of attorney executed by the Randhire Singh was misused by Subash Chander Sehgal. It is mentioned here that the said application and its alleged contents are absolutely false, frivolous and concocted one and said application was filed by Nirmal Singh only with malafide motive and in order to grab the land of applicant and his wife.
