Despite submitting a representation, the respondents did not consider the representation; hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 will consider the representation dated 10.08.2026 vide Annexure-K and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i.
