Mr. Rajpal Dhankhar, Advocate, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the revision petition filed by the respondent No.4 being Revision Petition No.3133/2023 titled as Ramniwas Vs. Nagar Parishad, Jhunjhunu & Anr. is pending before the Director, Local Self Department, Jaipur for more than two years and the interim order dated 21.12.2023 has been operating since then, therefore, a direction be issued to decide the said revision petition expeditiously. Learned counsel further submits that reply to the revision petition has been filed by the petitioner as well as the Nagar Parishad, Jhunjhunu and the pleadings are also completed therein. 3. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions and without delving into the merits of the matter, it is directed that the said Revision Petition No.3133/2023 titled as Ramniwas Vs. Nagar Parishad, Jhunjhunu & Anr. be decided by the Director, Local Self Department, Jaipur within a period of four months from the date of passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. 6. Needless to say, this order has been passed only for the purpose of directing expeditious disposal of the revision petition and in no manner is to be construed as a direction to decide the same in a particular manner.
