In this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner is seeking to appoint an Arbitrator in terms of Clause-26 of the Leave and License Agreement dated 31.05.2024 (Annexure-A). 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the appointment of the Arbitrator is necessitated. 4. In that view of the matter, Dr. Sri. S.B.N. Prakash, retired District Judge be appointed as an Arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. 5. All claims and contentions of the parties are kept open to be decided by the Arbitral Tribunal. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20781 CMP No. 678 of 2025 6. A copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Khanija Bhavan, Bengaluru for proceeding further in the matter. 7. Since the parties are represented through their learned counsels, parties are directed to appear before the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru on 11.05.2026 at 11.00 a.m. to enable the learned Arbitrator to take further action in the matter.
