In this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner is seeking to appoint an Arbitrator in terms of Clause-26 of the Leave and License Agreement dated 31.05.2024 (Annexure-A). 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the appointment of the Arbitrator is necessitated. 4. In that view of the matter, Dr. Sri. S.B.N. Prakash, retired District Judge be appointed as an Arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. 5.
