The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. 2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been appointed in the merchant navy and the petitioner has to join his duty in the first week of September, 2026 but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner will not in a position to use the passport issued to the petitioner and he will not be granted Visa to board on ship. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner already preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal and prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal. 5. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2 6. The appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 7. WPA 14227 of 2026 is disposed of. 8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
