Learned counsel for the respondent submit that the order of appointment in favour of petitioner has been issued on 6th April, 2026, i.e. today. The copy of the order has been filed along with RAVI SHANKAR MANDAVI Digitally signed by RAVI SHANKAR MANDAVI Date: 2026.04.10 18:08:50 +0530 2 covering memo for perusal of this Court. He further submits that according to the instruction as the order of appointment has already been issued on 06.04.2026 only, further direction of the Court for fixation of the notional seniority and fixation of the pay will be done within a short period. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the documents filed along the copy of memo, it is apparent that the petitioner has been given appointment, however, there is no order or direction with regard to giving notional seniority and fixation of pay. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, further considering the clause -8 of order of appointment dated 06.04.2026 that pay fixation etc., will be done after receiving of administrative approval of the Finance Department. I am of the view that there is substantial compliance of the order and the clause is also mentioned in appointment order, to take further decision. 4. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondent as of now is dropped, the notice is discharged, and the contempt petition is closed. 5. However, the respondents are directed to comply with the second part of the order, expeditiously within further period of 3 months from today.
