Learned counsel for appellants fairly submits that this Court vide order dated 25.02.2025 passed in RFA-3225-2013 and order dated 10.02.2026 passed in RFA-1822-2025 has dismissed appeals of the landowners. In RFA-1822-2025, applications seeking condonation of delay of 3872 days in filing the appeal was also dismissed. In the present case, there is delay of 4824 days in filing the appeal. 2. In the wake of order dated 25.02.2025 passed in RFA-3225- 2013 and order dated 10.02.2026 passed in RFA-1822-2025, the appeal stands dismissed on merit as well as delay. 3.
