Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “(i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus and any other writ, order or direction may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of minimum of the pay scale to the petitioner, which was revised from 1.1.2006 (Rs. 10300-34800/-) with appropriate Grade Pay of the post for the period 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2010 alongwith interest @ 9% per annum from the due date till actual payment with all consequential benefits.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer made in the petition is covered by judgment dated 29.06, 2022, delivered by Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWPOA 7661 of 2019, titled Pushap Raj Khimta & others Versus State of Himachal Pradesh & others, and interest of justice would be served in case this petition is disposed of by ordering that the directions passed by Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWPOA 7661 of 2019 (supra), shall mutatus mutandi apply to the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:13333 present petition also. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that order that may be passed today, shall be made subject to legal rights of the respondents. 4. Accordingly, this petition disposed of by ordering that the directions passed by Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWPOA 7661 of 2019 (supra) shall mutatus mutandi apply to this petition also and all the directions passed therein as well as the relief granted therein shall be construed to have been passed in favour of the petitioner and granted in her favour, however, the same shall be subject to the legal rights of the respondents. 5.
