While matter is being argued, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by Mr. Anuj Dewan Raina, Advocate, representing Bawa Friends Roadlines and Mannat Transport, who admittedly have not been arrayed as party respondents in the instant writ petition and on whose favour the contract has been awarded by virtue of allotment letter dated 19.02.2026 and also Mannat Transport being represented by Mr. Vikram Sharma learned Sr. Advocate has also not been arrayed as party respondent. The copies of the provisional letter of acceptance, by virtue of which, contract has been awarded has been provided to this Court and the copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioners who after examining the same, seeks withdrawal of the __________ instant petition with liberty to challenge the said orders by way of appropriate remedy through the medium of fresh petition. 2. Thus, in light of the issuance of the provisional letter of acceptance, which has been placed on record and copies of which have already been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioners the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3. Both the learned counsels for the respondents are directed to provide copies of allotment order issued in favour of the A.
