The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 142/2025. One Vikram Kumar was apprehended by the Police and from his possession 15.20 grams of Brown Sugar was recovered. The said Vikram Kumar had disclosed that he had purchased the Brown Sugar from the petitioner. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of Vikram Kumar who has already been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 6954 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2026. Although, it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents relating to NDPS, Act but regard being had to the manner of implication and the fact that the main accused has been granted bail the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special, Judge, N.D.P.S.
