P.P. …...... 02/ 25.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(4), 317(5), 238, 3(5) of B.N.S. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. One stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner several motorcycles were recovered from the possession of other accused persons. The chargesheet has already been filed in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2025. 5. Considering the fact that chargesheet has already been filed and the petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2025, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No.204 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
