Petitioner is serving as daily wager in the Forest Department since 2006. According to him, benefit of pay revision, as per 6th Pay Commission Report has been given to him, but benefit of 7th Pay Commission has not been given so far. 4. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought direction to the respondents to pay arrears of minimum of pay scale, as per recommendation of 7th Pay Commission, including dearness allowance. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner, as daily wager, cannot claim dearness allowance, as it is payable only to regular employees. He submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then it can be agitated before the competent authority. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though petitioner has made representation from time to time, but he may be permitted to make fresh representation. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation to the competent authority. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter.
