PP. 2. This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 21.08.2025 passed in IA No. 8671 of 2025. 3. The modification which has been sought for, is restricted to the conditions as it has been stated that the petitioner is financially weak and is not in a position to furnish bail bonds. It has therefore been prayed that the petitioner be released on P.R. bond and the order be modified accordingly. 4. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer made in this application. 5. It seems that the Cr.A(DB) No. 186 of 2025 was preferred on behalf of the Jharkhand High Court Legal Services Committee and on an interlocutory application having been filed being IA No. 8671 of 2025, the petitioner was granted bail by us vide order dated 21.08.2025 subject to the conditions that he shall furnish bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of the like amount each. As it has been stated that though the order of bail was passed on 21.08.2025, but the petitioner has not been able to furnish bail bond and in fact he continues to languish in custody. ( 2026:JHHC:1912-DB ) 2 6. On consideration of the aforesaid facts, the order dated 21.08.2025 passed in Cr. A (DB) No. 186 of 2025, is modified to the extent that in paragraph no. 7 of the said order, instead of the conditions which have been enumerated, the same shall now be read as “ the petitioner shall be released on P.R.
