Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care. 4. It is sufficient to note that the Organization passed an order under Section 45A of the ESI Act on 14.08.2019, which was duly communicated to the petitioner through RPAD. Pursuant to the said 45A Order, a garnishee order was issued on 12.02.2025. Aggrieved by the said garnishee order, the petitioner has approached this Court. However, the petitioner’s grievance cannot be adjudicated in exercise of the writ jurisdiction of this Court, particularly in view of the availability of an efficacious alternative remedy. The petitioner may approach the appropriate forum, subject to the applicable provisions of law.
