1. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
2. Having heard the submissions made on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioners as well as the learned advocate for the State and upon going through the materials in the case diary, it transpires that the present petitioners are alleged to have attacked the house of the de facto complainant. They allegedly hurled crude bombs targeting the house of the de facto complainant. As a result of such bomb blast, one of the victims sustained injuries.
3. I have gone through the materials in the case diary, the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 180 of the
2 BNSS, 2023, the petitioners at the place of occurrence at the relevant date and time. Material in the case diary also discloses that the remnants of explosive were recovered from the place of occurrence.
4. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners.
5. At this stage, the prayers for bail of the petitioners are rejected.
6. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (A) 2509 of 2026 is dismissed.
7. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
