The petitioner is father of the corpus. Presently, she is in Children Home, Lunawala, Dist.: Mahisagar. 3. The Corpus has been brought before this Court. Upon inquiry, she has expressed her willingness to live with her parents, who are residing at Dhanpur, Dist.: Dahod. 4. Having regard to the age of the victim and circumstances in which she came into contact with private respondents, we deem it fit to issue direction upon the concerned officer of Children Home, Lunawala, to set her free forthwith. Learned APP shall convey the passing of this order to the concerned police station as well as Children Home, Lunawala.
