THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010462902026 NC: 2026:KHC:44809 WP No. 21007 of 2026 ORAL ORDER 1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "WHEREFORE, in light of the facts of the present petition and grounds pleaded by the petitioners, it is humbly submitted that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to: a) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, directing Respondent No.2 to, consider and dispose of the Petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2026 (Annexure-K) in accordance with law within a time-bound period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; b) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, directing Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider and take an appropriate decision on the complaint dated 27.05.2026 (Annexure-J) submitted by the Petitioner and communicate the outcome thereof to the Petitioner within a time-bound period in accordance with law; c) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take all necessary steps for preservation of records and electronic evidence relevant to the complaints submitted by the Petitioner, including but not limited to emails, email archives, Microsoft Teams communications, HR records, grievance records, disciplinary records, server logs, access logs, audit trails, mailbox records and all other digital communications relating to the Petitioner; d) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing Respondent No.2 to afford an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner prior to disposal of her complaint and to consider all documents and material placed on record by the Petitioner; - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010462902026 NC: 2026:KHC:44809 WP No. 21007 of 2026 e) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to examine and consider the Petitioner's request regarding preservation of electronic evidence and to take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law; f) Pass such other or further order(s), direction(s) or writ(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience; and g) Award costs of the present proceedings in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents." 2. Memo dated 12.08.2026 has been filed, signed by the learned for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner most humbly files this memo submitting that the Petitioner has instructed to withdraw the present writ petition filed and therefore seeks leave to this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present writ petition filed as not pressed.
