1. The affidavit of service and the supplementary affidavit filed today are taken on record.
2. The deficit Court Fees filed in Court today is taken on record and be tagged with the writ petition.
3. The petitioners are aggrieved that the benefits of the Memorandum No. 9008-F(P) dated September 16, 2021 as well as Notifications thereafter of 2019 and of 2021 have not been applied to them.
4. The petitioners are claiming to be contractual workers, who sought to have been given the increment in their remuneration in terms of such subsisting Notifications.
5. The authorities have not applied themselves to such representation dated April 11, 2026.
6. In view thereof, I direct the concerned authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners dated April 11, 2026 in the light of the subsisting Notifications and pass a reasoned order thereof. Let

such order be made by October 10, 2026. The resultant
order will be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter.
7. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is
disposed of.
8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
