For the State Ms. Nirupama, AC to Sr. SC-II ------- 02/25.02.2026: It is the grievance of the petitioner that even after selection as a Teacher in Minority School, respondent No. 5 is not approving the appointment. He submits that though there are some complaints but the same were without any substance. In view of the aforesaid facts, he submits that the respondents should approve the appointment of the petitioner. 2. Counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files her representation before respondent No. 5 i.e. the District Superintendent of Education, her case will be considered and appropriate order will be passed. She further submits that if it is found that the appointment of the petitioner is legal and the complaints are false and frivolous, appropriate order will be passed in favour of the petitioner, approving the service of the petitioner. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No. 5 who will consider the case of the petitioner. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks thereafter. 4. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 5.
