Pursuant to a direction dated 12.03.2026, the matter has been taken up for hearing. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the grievance of petitioner was against non- supply of a separate transformer for providing an electricity connection to the submersible pump of the petitioner, the petitioner has with the passage of time incurred loss and damages. In view of the above, WPA 8209 of 2015 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to appear before the appropriate RGRO to claim compensation, if any. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all 2 questions including the question of limitation are left open for the RGRO to decide in accordance with law.
