JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER Heard Sri. Naik Venkatraman Nagappa, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B. Pushpalatha, learned Additional Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2. The petitioner is before the Court seeking relaxation of the condition that he should mark his attendance on every second Saturday between 10:00a.m. to 05:00p.m. before the jurisdictional police. The petitioner is said to be a resident of Kerala has got embroiled in the subject crime qua accused Nos.1 and 2, the Co-ordinate Bench has granted an interim order of stay and which is subsisting. Therefore, the investigation has not progressed for the last three years. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that marking attendance every 30 days has become too onerous, as he has to take care of his age old mother. Therefore, seeks relaxation or exemption from appearance, while exemption cannot be granted, the relaxation only would - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20151 CRL.P No. 3035 of 2026 be that the petitioner would mark his attendance once in 60 days instead of 30 days. 4.
