P. Tiwari, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 17/03/2026 1. The instant second bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused- applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 136/2024 registered at Police Station Shekhpur Ahir Police District Bhiwadi for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 120B of IPC and Sections 16, 19 and 54 of the Rajasthan Excise Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant is a young man aged 29 years. It is submitted that the matter is triable by Magistrate and applicant is in custody for a period of 9 months. It is further submitted that co-accused has already been enlarged on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.07.2024. Learned counsel further submits that the conclusion of trial is likely to take a long time and no [2026:RJ-JP:11319] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-2201/2026] useful purpose would be served by keeping the applicant behind bars till disposal of the case. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. It is submitted that there are as many as 12 criminal antecedents registered against the accused- applicant. The criminal antecedents of the accused-applicant are reproduced herein below:-

Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that accused- applicant is a young man of 29 years; that the matter is triable my Magistrate; that accused-applicant is in custody from 9 months; that co-accused has already been enlarged on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant and enlarge him/her on bail. 5. 5. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS [2026:RJ-JP:11319] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-2201/2026] is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Manjeet Singh S/o Dalip Singh, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so. 6. Considering the criminal antecedents registered against the accused-applicant, this court deems it fit to direct the accused- applicant shall contribute to the Swach Bharat Abhiyan – initiative of the government, for a period of three months, on two hours per day basis, as an honorary work, under the supervision and directions of the SHO qua the FIR (Supra) in consonance with the directions of the Municipal Corporation/Local Administrative authorities concerned.
