4. Referring to the communications dated March 3, 2025 at pages 23 and 25 to the writ petition learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the first appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is still pending and has not yet been disposed of.
5. In view of the above, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal by granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law positively within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
6. It is made clear that, this Court has not gone into the merits of the appeal or the merits of the submissions made on behalf of the writ petitioner.
7. The appeal shall be decided by the appellate authority on its own merits in accordance with law.
8. Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.
9. On the above terms this writ petition, WPA 486 of 2026 stands
disposed of, without any order as to costs.
10. Parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly obtained from the official website of this Court.
11. Photostat certified of this order, if applied for, be furnished expeditiously.
