The question for consideration in this petition is: whether this Court must interfere with the Confirmation Order under Section 243(3)(e) of the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2024 [for short, 'the GBG Act'] and the Communication thereof. At this stage, Mr. Ojaswi submits that this Court may protect the petitioner from immediate coercive measures so that the petitioner has a reasonable time to avail statutory remedy. This Court is only inclined to observe that if the petitioner avails the statutory remedy along with an application for interim order, the Appellate Authority must consider the same expeditiously without rendering the appeal nugatory.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
