The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation when submitted by the petitioner to consider the seniority of the petitioner for the eligibility to be considered for promotion from his initial date of appointment/joining the post of Assistant Teacher/ Shiksha Karmi Grade III and further direct the respondent authorities to prepare corrected gradation list for the post of promotion accordingly. (ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the case of petitioner for promotion by calculating the seniority from his initial date of appointment/joining the post of Assistant Teacher/ Shiksha Karmi Grade III. (iii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to consider the case of the present petitioner being similarly situated to the petitioners in WPS No. 1681 of 2023 and pass an order similar to this Hon'ble Court order dated 05.12.2025 passed in WPS No. 1681 of 2023. (iv) That any other relief/order which may be deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation for redressal of his grievance as raised in this writ petition before the Respondent No. 7 and direction be issued to the Respondent No. 7 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 3 / 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance as raised in this writ petition, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
