Counsel Order This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in Na.Ka.240/ 2025 / A1 dated 11.03.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to erect the flag pole of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, in the petitioner’s patta land bearing Patta No.729 situated at Rettipatti Panchayat, Chennappanayakkanur, Palayur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 2. At the outset, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequent to the passing of the impugned order, the Standard Operating Procedure for installation of statutes, erection of flag poles in the private lands has been issued vide G.O.Ms.No.629 dated 16.09.2025 which governs procedure relating to erection of flag poles in private lands. 3. In such view of the matter, it is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, if any, to the respondents. If such representation is being made, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 18221 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 keeping in view the above said Government Order viz., G.O.Ms.No.629 dated 16.09.2025. It is also clarified that the earlier order of rejection would not come in a way while considering the representation, if any, that may be submitted by the petitioner. 4.
