P.P. --------- 04/24.03.2026 Heard Mr. Nilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. for the State. The prayer for bail of the petitioner had earlier been withdrawn in B.A. No. 4798 of 2025. Subsequent thereto, the petitioner had once again moved for grant of bail in B.A. No. 8063 of 2025, which was dismissed vide order dated 18.09.2025. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 205 Kg. of Doda was recovered from the house of one Anil Sao. Learned counsel submits that considering the said fact one of the co- accused, namely, Satyendra Prasad @ Satendra Prasad has been granted bail in B.A. No. 10455 of 2025. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner has been implicated only on account of the fact that he happens to be the brother of Satyendra Prasad @ Satendra Prasad. The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2025. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears that it was the house of Anil Sao which was searched and 205 Kg. of Doda was recovered. Regard being had to the aforesaid fact and the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail as noted above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XII, Ranchi in connection with Itki P.S.
