It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle registration number has been inadvertently mentioned as “TN 56 P 7621” instead of “TN 56 P 7421” in the aforesaid order. Hence, the learned counsel seeks rectification of the said typographical error. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent. This Court has also perused the materials available on record. 4. This Court accepts the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
