This is an application praying for extension of time by the applicant in connection with NDPS Case No.144/2025. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner has undergone medical surgery and therefore, she is not in a position to appear before the Investigating Officer as directed earlier by this Court. 4. I have gone through the medical documents produced by the applicant. 5. After hearing the learned counsel of both sides, the prayer of the applicant is allowed. 6. The applicant is directed to appear before the DRI in connection with NDPS Case No.144/2025 pending in the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 5, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati within the 1st week of June 2026. 7. This order shall form a part of the orders dated 01.12.2025 and 15.12.2025 passed by this Court in Bail Appln.No. 2750/2025. With the aforesaid direction, this IA stands disposed of.
