Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the transfer and posting of petitioner from the respondents for its kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, and quash the impugned 2 / 3 transfer order issued on 15.12.2025 by the respondents, being illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable in law. 3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, and quash the impugned letter issued on 16.02.2026 by the respondents, being illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable in law. 4. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased toissue an appropriate writ/order/direction, directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.09.2025, 27.11.2025, 31.12.2025,Stay 01.02.2026, 09.02.2026 and 16.02.2026, in accordance with law and withing a stipulated time period. 5. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased todirect the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Janjgir-Champa, Considering the petitioner's academic obligation and family circumstances. 6. That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including the costs of the petition..” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that when the petitioner is transferred from KVK Janjgir-Champa to IGKV Raipur vide order dated 15.12.2025, had submitted representation on 01.12.2025 and when no decision has been taken on the representation, he has further submitted representation on 09.02.2026 and 16.02.2026 before respondent No. 1, which till date is pending consideration. According to his instructions, the respondents are stating that the representation submitted by the petitioner would only be considered after his joining to the transferred place, which is arbitrary. 3. Counsel for the respondents submits that he may be granted short time to file reply to this writ petition. 3 / 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Petitioner’s grievance is against the order of transfer dated 15.12.2025. From the documents enclosed along with this writ petition, it is appearing that petitioner had submitted representation immediately after receipt of the order of transfer on 31.12.2025 and the respondents are not taking decision on the representation since last more than three months. In the aforementioned facts of the case, instead of keeping this writ petition pending, seeking reply from the respondents, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, at this stage, direcing respondents to consider and take decision on representation, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the Order.
