1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that concerned police authorities have not taken any step based on complaint lodged by the petitioner on 21st July, 2026.
3. State respondents and respondent nos. 6 and 7 are represented by learned advocates.
4. Mr. Chatterjee, learned Senior Advocate representing respondent nos. 6 and 7 submits that petitioner owes a sum to respondent nos. 6 and 7 and same was not paid leading to institution of money suit at
2 the instance of respondent nos. 6 and 7 against the petitioner. Said suit is pending.
5. Be that as it may, based on complaint lodged by the petitioner FIR is registered being Titagarh Police Station Case No. 244 of 2026 dated 5th August, 2026 as it appears from communication dated 10th August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Titagarh Police Station which is placed before this Court on behalf of the State respondents. Communication dated 10th August, 2026 is taken on record.
6. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authorities, grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed and no further order need be passed on this writ petition.
7. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
