It is informed to us by Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the appellant, that the money has been paid to the respondent no. 6 who was the complainant before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. 2. Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate for the respondent no. 6, accepts such contention and submits that the money has been paid from the personal account of the Accountant. 2 3. Under such circumstances, as the payment had been made, the warrant of arrest issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission stands recalled. 4. The order impugned is set aside. 5. The point of law urged by Mr. Billwadal Bhattacharyya, learned Additional Advocate General is left open and will be decided in an appropriate case. 6. We are not inclined to decide any other issues which are pending before the Commission. The copy of the order impugned is taken on record. The receipt and the forwarding message indicating payment are also kept on record. 7. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of. 8.
