However, he submits that the applicant has been in custody since 23.02.2026 and that, out of 28 prosecution witnesses, only 8 witnesses have been examined so far. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 4.
