Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in para No.7(iii) in Crl.O.P.No.13234 of 2026 dated on 20.05.2026 is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for investigation. 4.
