The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's application for enrolment as an Advocate dated 13.05.2025 (Annexure-D) and to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a time-frame to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court; b) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that there are various reasons why it was not processed. Even if that were to be so, it was for respondent No.1 to have put down the said reasons in writing and issued the said order to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to take the matter forward. Same not having been done, this court passes the following: ORDER i. The petition is allowed. A mandamus is issued directing respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 13.05.2025 at Annexure-D and pass necessary orders within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner, same would have to be considered by respondents in accordance with law.
