Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of Page No.# 2/2 bail to the accused petitioner, namely, Thomash Chetia, who has been arrested on 25.02.2026. 3. The petitioner herein, Thomash Chetia, is hereby seeking regular bail in connection with Sivasagar P.S. Case No. 36/2026, under Section 64(1) of BNS. 4. The gist of the allegations in the FIR dated 24/02/2026 is that the elder sister of the informant was living in his house and the petitioner induced her into illicit relationship making her pregnant. 5. It is stated by the prosecution that in the meantime, investigations stood completed resulting in a charge-sheet. 6. In the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is hereby allowed to go on bail of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Court and subject to the condition that:- (i) The accused/petitioner shall available for the trial, if once commences, (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. (iii) He shall not in any manner intimidate or harm or harass the informant. 7. In case of violation of bail conditions, the bail would be liable to be cancelled. 8.
